CENDOL ICE

Ice cendol is one kind Indonesia typical drink . The main ingredient is hunkue flour to make cendol, suji leaves as a green dye. Served with a solution of sugar, coconut milk and ice. Here's the recipe.

Material:
-  1 part hunkue flour / green bean flour (greenpeal flour)
-  4 cups water
-   Suji leaf (for green gilding)

-  1 / 2 btr Coconut (take 2 cups coconut milk)
-  1 / 4 kg of brown sugar
-  1 / 2 ounces granulated sugar
-  2 pandan leaves (torn and tie)
-  Salt to taste

How to Make:
1. Boil brown sugar and granulated sugar, add the pandan leaves and set aside.


2.Combine hunkue flour with water and suji leaf green gilding.
Simmer over low heat, stir it at all time until the color is clear.


3. Provide a pot of cold water, put the cendol sieve (of wire) on top.


Pour the flour mixture on top before making specific shapes that come out of the bottom sieve.
The form was going to go straight into cold water, so do not cling to one another.
Drained it.


4. Serve with a solution of sugar, coconut milk and ice cubes.
