INGREDIENTS:
- 2 liters of watery coconut milk, made of half a coconut
- 400 grams of brown sugar
- 40 grams of ginger root, peeled and crushed
- 4 pieces of pandan leaf
- HOW TO MAKE:
- 1. Boil all the ingredients to a boil, stirring constantly for coconut milk not broken.
